Hollie Aspinall

Hollie Aspinall is a highly experienced Family Law Solicitor who advises clients on a wide range of issues arising from relationship and family breakdown.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2019, Hollie has developed significant experience advising on divorce and financial settlements, including complexities of pension sharing on divorce.  She joined Lund Bennett Law in 2022 following several years in practice at a North Wales firm and is bi-lingual in Welsh and English.

Hollie has developed a broad family law practice, advising clients on divorce as well as disputes involving children, cohabitation disputes and the preparation of pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. She understands that every family’s circumstances are unique and works closely with clients to achieve solutions that are tailored to their individual needs and objectives.

What client’s say about Hollie:

“[Hollie] was a lifesaver during my three-year financial battle amidst my messy divorce. Juggling multiple businesses and company sales made things seriously complicated, but... Hollie was there every step of the way”

“The last year of my life has been by far the hardest and I would go so far as to say that I quite possibly could not have gotten through it without Hollie’s honesty, without her professionalism/knowledge of the circumstances I have been in, without her compassion, without her understanding and without her just being there and doing her job as well as she does it!”

“From our initial 1hr meeting, right through until my final court hearing (just short of 1 year), there hasn't ever been a time where Hollie hasn't been there for me.”

“Without Hollie and the Lund Bennett team my daughter would not have got her Daddy back in her life anywhere close to the extent that she has done and, for that reason, I can honestly say that I do not think that I will ever recommend a professional service to anyone as much as I will recommend them to everyone needing support on family law matters!”

“One of the things that really stands out about Hollie’s work is how she handles pressure and keeps things organised. When things got really tight, she put in the hours to make sure everything was done right and well.”
